Description

Polyreflex high density polyethylene sheet (HDPE)

is a durable and versatile thermoplastic, which could offer high impact strength, high friction resistance, toughness with wide temperature range from -50ºC to 80ºC.

HDPE sheet has effective resistance to chemicals and good welding ability, so it can be easily welded into chemical tanks. HDPE is resistant to corrosion, mold, mildew, and rotting, this makes it extremely durable in various environments. At the same time HDPE board is widely used for light industry, it is an ideal material for replacing metal to make mechanical parts.

For manufacturers of PE products, we can also supply you with PE welding rod. We have standard HDPE sheets in stock and also offer custom production on demand. The color and size of the HDPE board can be customized. Food-grade HDPE boards can come into contact with food and are widely used as chopping boards (or made from LDPE boards), as well as in the manufacture of tanks in the aquaculture industry. UHMWPE sheet refers to ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene sheet, also called UPE sheet. It has stronger properties than HDPE sheet and can be used in applications that require ultra-high strength, abrasion resistance, weather resistance, or low temperature resistance.
