Polyreflex Pallet Sleeve Container

is developed to be durable, returnable and economical, provide a perfect solution for logistics and turnover systems to support, store, protect and transport unit loads of bulk goods or materials.

A sleeve pack is made up of a HDPE pallet base, collapsible polypropylene triple walls, and a top lid. The pallet base and top lid are nestable and thus the sleeve pack systems can be stably stacked to help optimize storage and transportation utilization.

Polyreflex pallet sleeve system adopts all-in-one design, when empty, sleeve packs are collapsed, the top lid, pallet base and sleeve are available as a set, providing an excellent empty container return rate, helping to reduce transportation costs and storage space.

Strong in All Directions

Polypropylene honeycomb sleeves have a very stable structure and strong stacking capacity. Whether it is dynamic load or static load, it can safely stack and protect the product.

Space-efficient

The pallets and tops are nestable and the sleeves are collapsible, yielding improved warehouse utilization and reducing freight costs.One truck of folded sleeve packs can be used to transport 10 trucks of assembled pallet containers with cargo.

Cost-effective

Lightweight polypropylene sleeve pack has more cycles than cardboard sleeves. Although the price of PP sleeve is higher, it usually paying for itself within 6 months.A plastic sleeve pack can withstand more than 20,000 folds.

Easy to Assemble

Polyreflex pallet sleeve system is easy to assemble and disassemble. The sliding locks on the pallet base and lid can quickly lock them tight. It takes one person only a minute to assemble a container.

Polyreflex offers various standard sizes and configurations of the sleeve packs, as well as custom sleeve heights, colors, doors and designs. Customized printing of sleeve is available for easy identification.
